Conflict of interest is a problem in our industry. We address that problem in a very
straightforward manner. Pursue
excellence in all of our professional endeavors and remain above the conflicts
that prevail in our industry.
Inform our clients of any potential conflicts, whether real or
perceived. If the client prefers
that we represent him solely – we will refer the other part of the transaction
to another broker. At the
discretion of the client, we will fully disclose all compensation that we earn
on any transaction.
Since we strive to exceed our client’s expectations by
maintaining standards of value-added services above the norms in our
industry. Seek not only to achieve
what is asked of us, but provide more than is expected. If at any time, our clients are not
completely satisfied with the services we have provided, Sierra Realty
Group will waive part or all of
its fees, in excess of direct costs associated with the transaction, at the
reasonable discretion of our client.
